Prenatal massage at Edge Health

Care that changes with you

All of our RMTs offer prenatal massage, with sessions in 45, 60 and 90-minute lengths. Your therapist will ask how you’re feeling and what’s bothering you most, then adjust positioning and pressure so you stay comfortable throughout.

Many extended health plans cover massage from a Registered Massage Therapist, and we offer direct billing. No referral is needed.

Prenatal massage may help if you have

  • Low back or hip aches
  • Neck and shoulder tension
  • Swelling in the legs or feet
  • Trouble relaxing or sleeping

If you have a high-risk pregnancy, check with your midwife or doctor before booking. Seek medical care right away for bleeding, severe pain, fluid loss or reduced baby movement.
