From there, I work closely with you to create realistic, meaningful goals, whether that is returning to sport, improving day-to-day movement, or simply feeling more like yourself again. Treatment plans are always tailored to the individual, combining current research with practical, effective strategies to support recovery, reduce pain, and help prevent future injuries. Outside the clinic, I enjoy staying active through sports like cricket and volleyball, along with a mix of indoor games. I bring an energetic, positive approach to my work, along with a bit of light sarcasm when the moment calls for.
