Movement-First Care

An assessment that actually looks at how you move

A lot of physiotherapy starts and ends with a handout of exercises. You do them for a few weeks, the pain eases a little, and then it comes back because the actual cause was never addressed.

Darsh Patel starts differently. Your first visit includes a full health history, a hands-on physical assessment, and a conversation about what’s actually limiting your movement. From there, your treatment plan is built around your specific goals, whether that’s getting back to sport, recovering from an injury, or simply moving without pain.

If something isn’t working a few weeks in, the plan changes. You’re not stuck repeating exercises that aren’t helping.

What OUR Patients Say

Trusted by patients across Barrie

  • I can’t say enough good things about my chiropractor, Julie Steffler. From the very first visit, she has been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. I never feel rushed, and Julie always takes the time to listen and explain what she’s seeing and what she’s doing, which makes a huge difference from past chiros I have used.
