Edge Health is a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic located in Barrie, ON. We pride ourselves on offering award winning, evidence based care to all of our incredible patients. Our focus is on providing unique and individualized treatments where we palpate, assess, and execute care that is specific to each person and to their unique needs. DR. MEGHAN INGOLDSBY

Dr. Meghan Ingoldsby is an award winning Chiropractor and yoga instructor who has worked with Olympic athletes, World Champions, and Ironman competitors. Having an athletic background in competitive figure skating, Dr. Meghan has always respected and appreciated the human body.
Dr. Meghan received her Degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic from Logan College of Chiropractic graduating Magna Cum Laude in April of 2008. She is also a member of “Who’s Who among Students in American Universities and Colleges.” Dr. Ingoldsby has successfully completed Board Level examinations in both the United States and in Canada, and is a fully qualified practitioner in both countries.
Dr. Ingoldsby completed her undergraduate schooling at Western University, London, Ontario, graduating in 2003 with an Honours Bachelor of Health Sciences Degree. Following that, she studied at the University of Windsor, Windsor, Ontario, in the Master of Human Kinetics Program specializing in Cardiac Physiology. While studying at Logan College, she completed a second undergraduate degree in the Bachelor of Science program.
A former Canadian competitive singles figure skater, Dr. Ingoldsby is a qualified Skate Canada figure skating coach. She is also a certified yoga instructor and enjoys combining her skills as a chiropractor and yoga instructor to focus on the profound importance of being able to help others participate in life…pain free!
Dr. Ingoldsby takes pleasure being in a profession which allows her to help people and she appreciates and respects the opportunities for one-on-one communication. She has a particular interest in sports medicine, but she knows that her skills as a Chiropractor will enable all her patients to maintain a healthy and holistic way of life.
Dr. Chuck Ingoldsby

Dr. Chuck became a Doctor of Chiropractic in April 2008 after graduating Cum Laude from Logan College of Chiropractic. He also earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Biology during his time at Logan College; and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Science from The Pennsylvania State University.
He practiced for 7 years in his hometown of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania before moving to Barrie with his wife and daughter in 2015. Dr. Chuck enjoys enriching the lives of his patients with his knowledge of how the body works. Dr. Chuck is trained in several chiropractic techniques which vary from a specific hands-on approach to a lighter force instrument assisted style of adjustment. These techniques have enabled him to effectively treat patients as young as a few days old to those well into their 90’s.
Ivan Penuela
Manual Osteopathic Practitioner (DOMP), Medical Doctor (in Colombia)
Ivan has been a practitioner as a health professional with twenty-five years of experience as a Family Doctor in Colombia and currently is a Manual Osteopath Practitioner.
He has manual therapy skills in osteopath techniques such as joint mobilizations, muscle energy techniques, soft tissue techniques, and craniosacral therapy. His ability to assess patients, identify the root causes of their condition, and develop individualized treatment plans has been highly valued by his patients, tutors, and colleagues.
Ivan’s knowledge allows him to offer his clients effective treatment with various general conditions, helping them regain their functional condition and live a pain-free life, additionally contributes to the persons returning to their normal dynamic, eliminating they’re not healthy routines, promoting the best lifestyle in all the habitual aspects.
He is a lover of outdoor sports like riding a bicycle, play tennis, volleyball, and soccer, as well as aquatic sports like swimming in the lake, snorkelling, and diving. He also enjoys family activities such as hiking on the trails, table games, and BBQ.
Dr. Daniella Perri
Naturopathic Doctor

Dr. Daniella Perri has been a licensed naturopathic doctor with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (T-CONO) for the last 9 years. Prior to her four years at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, Dr. Perri obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Disease and a Master of Science degree in Immunohematology, both at the University of Toronto. As a naturopathic doctor, Dr. Perri has a passion for teaching her patients how to heal themselves.
Some of the tools that Dr. Perri uses effectively are botanical medicine, acupuncture, and nutraceutical couselling. These tools can be applied to conditions such as, but not exclusively to, IBS, anxiety, stress, hormone imbalances, thyroid imbalances, skin conditions, headaches, fertility (male & female) and immune support. Patient assessments are thorough and treatment protocols are unique to each patient.
In addition, Dr. Perri is a CAPPA certified childbirth educator. She provides education on naturopathic strategies for pain management during labour and delivery. Birth plans and supplements to aid a healthy pregnancy and birth are discussed with the opportunity for patients to ask as many questions as they need. Once the baby arrives, Dr. Perri can provide mom (& family) with postpartum care and support, as well as, well child checks for the newborn baby. Dr. Perri is an active member of the Pediatric Association of Naturopathic Physicians (PedANP). Dr. Perri is currently composing her prenatal courses, so be on the look out to join!
Dr. Perri’s goal is to help you uncover a healthier version of you! Make your appointment today! When not in the clinic, Dr. Perri has her hands full as a mom of 3 children who are the light of her life. She enjoys playing outside with them and reading them stories. She also takes great care in providing a healthy lifestyle for herself and her family. When Dr. Perri has a chance, she goes for a run! Her most favourite vacation was her honeymoon to Tahiti.
Jennifer Vandevis
Registered Massage Therapist
Jennifer Vandevis has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2013, after graduating with honours from Georgian College. She has a passion for helping people resolve their pain and discomfort, but also enjoys incorporating massage therapy into her clients’ life as part of their overall health & wellness routine.
Jenn can provide a variety of treatments, including relaxation, but her treatment style usually consists of specific deeper tissue techniques to work out muscle trigger points and relieve those aches and pains. She always ensures to communicate with each client so that their goals for the treatment are aligned with one another.
Jenn has also done further training in Prenatal Massage, so that her treatments will be safe and effective for both mom & baby throughout her clients’ pregnancy.
Whether it is tension or headache relief, prevention & maintenance, or anything in between, Jenn looks forward to working with you and helping with all of your massage therapy needs! She can’t wait to meet you!
Asha Mokrosz
Registered Massage Therapist
Asha has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2002, after graduating from Sutherland Chan School & Teaching Clinic in Toronto. Earlier in her massage career, she had the opportunity to live abroad, working overseas in the U.K, New Zealand, and Australia, and still loves to travel.
She enjoys working with a diverse clientele, helping them find relief from a wide range of physical conditions. She uses a blend of different techniques to help increase overall health and well-being. Whenever possible, Asha will compliment her treatments with lifestyle suggestions to help prolong the massage benefits between treatments.
In her spare time, Asha enjoys working on her various creative projects, staying active, and spending time with family and friends.

Mary Jackson
Registered Acupuncturist
Mary is passionate about Acupuncture and believes it can facilitate a healthy lifestyle for everyone. As a practitioner, her goal is to help her patients find balance in body and mind by actively listening and creating a safe space to ease physical and emotional pain. Her Acupuncture treatments are tailored to each individual and may include other modalities like Tui Na massage, Gua Sha, Cupping, and Auricular therapy, depending on the patient’s symptoms.
Mary is a member of good standing with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and acupuncturists of Ontario and holds an Advanced Diploma in Acupuncture from Georgian College with Honors.
Mary enjoys many recreational sports and believes they have a positive impact on children and their communities. Outside of work, you can find her camping with her family, kayaking, playing sports with her children, or volunteering in her community. A lifelong learner, Mary is continually acquiring new skills both personally and professionally. She believes in maintaining a good self-care routine to stay balanced, not only for herself but also for her children and patients. Mary is passionate about her daily self-care routine and
encourages her patients to take time for themselves as well.
