Mary is passionate about Acupuncture and believes it can facilitate a
healthy lifestyle for everyone. As a practitioner, her goal is to help
her patients find balance in body and mind by actively listening and
creating a safe space to ease physical and emotional pain. Her
Acupuncture treatments are tailored to each individual and may include other modalities like Tui Na massage, Gua Sha, Cupping, and Auricular therapy, depending on the patient’s symptoms.
Mary is a member in Good Standing with the College of Traditional
Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario and holds an Advanced Diploma in Acupuncture from Georgian College with Honors.
Mary enjoys many recreational sports and believes they have a positive
impact on children and their communities. Outside of work, you can
find her camping with her family, kayaking, playing sports with her
children, or volunteering in her community. A lifelong learner, Mary
is continually acquiring new skills both personally and
professionally. She believes in maintaining a good self-care routine
to stay balanced, not only for herself but also for her children and
patients. Mary is passionate about her daily self-care routine and
encourages her patients to take time for themselves as well.
