Boost Your Immune System – As cold and flu season begins, focus on foods rich in vitamins C and D, like citrus fruits and leafy greens. Consider natural supplements like echinacea or elderberry to support your immune defenses.

 

Stay Active – As the days get shorter, it’s easy to feel less motivated. Stick to a regular exercise routine to keep energy levels high and reduce stress as the holiday season approaches.  Raking leaves is a great workout!
